The works are seen as products of a meaningful cultural dialogue between the Philippines and Japan. It includes seventy five works by various artists such as Bencab, Jon and Tessy Pettyjohn, Lanelle Fernando-Abueva, Lao Lianben, Augusto Albor, Noelle El Farol, and Jose Joya.
