The Masters Gallery highlights, among many other celebrated visual artists, three masters of the brush who celebrate the Filipino way of life, history, and myths with compelling images in their unique styles.
Suspended Garden
Suspended Garden was a site-specific installation especially created for the 2010 exhibit Pumapapel: Art in Paper. The work has been a favorite of visitors to the museum.
Rizal Collection
Our gallery dedicated to National Hero Jose Rizal (1861–1896) aims to bring Rizal’s values and thoughts on national character to a larger audience. The gallery features letters written by the Rizal family, archival photographs, among others.
Yuchengco Group of Companies Collection
Now part of the Museum’s permanent collection are key art pieces from the YGC executive offices. The collection consists of works by Filipino Modernists and works in the folk genre.
