“A New Friend” tells the story of an adventurous cat who loves the outdoors and discovers lots of new beautiful things. It is inspired by my cat who hates going outside.”

About the artist:

Jamie Bauza is an illustrator, designer, and crafter based in Manila. Her work is inspired by color, childhood, and nature. Jamie loves using her art to weave narratives and to honor the wonders of the world that surrounds her. She works with different media —  from watercolors, colored pencils, and digital illustrations to ceramics.
