For PART 1 of the “Visual Storytelling: The Language of Comics,” comic illustrator Randy Valiente walks you through the process of crafting short comic narratives, from character design and pacing to panel layout, dialogue, and framing. Whether you’re new to comics or refining your storytelling skills, this workshop will sharpen both your drawing and narrative instincts.
